Permanent placement guarantee
Any person who is dismissed from your employ under normal conditions or who leaves the position of his or her own volition during the period of guarantee will be replaced without additional charge, provided that all relevant fees have been paid.
Should your company not wish a replacement, you will receive a credit of 75% of fees if the person held the position for less than half of the period of guarantee, and 50% of fees if more than half of the period of guarantee has elapsed.
