Depending upon your profile, one of our consultants will contact you to arrange an appointment for an interview.
During this interview, a consultant will meet with you to determine, with your help, your exact needs. He or she will then conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your skills, particularly in terms of language and information technology. This will take about 2 hours. Other tests may also be required, depending upon the type of position you are looking for.
If necessary, we may suggest that you receive some coaching to enhance your employability and tap your full potential. This is a free service that can greatly increase your chances of finding a job.
Your consultant will then narrow down the search of employers and steer you towards a suitable position.
Finally, your consultant will contact you following your hiring to ensure your satisfaction with the results.
