·         Experience in a similar position (administration and/or recruitment).

·         7 to 10 years of experience in the work market.

·         Access to a vehicle.

·         Good driving record – proof will be required during the interview.

·         Bilingualism, an asset.

·         Greet candidates.

·         Professionally receive and handle calls.

·         Register candidates, have them write the tests and help them at all times.

·         Preselect candidates for different positions.

·         Carry out telephone and in-person interviews.

·         Prepare and complete files (references, pre-employment verifications, etc.).

·         Visit certain clients in order to find their ideal candidate.

·         Present great candidates to the clients.

·         Take part in job fairs, if needed.

·         Find solutions to attract the best candidates.

·         Meet clients’ needs (additional labour, replacement).

·         Write ads and use social media.

·         Carry out any other tasks related to the position.
