The ideal candidate will be:

Requirements:

·         Administrative or accounting training (DEP, DEC);

·         At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;

·         Comfortable working with computers;

·         Knowledge of MS Office;

·         Knowledge of Acomba software– an asset;

·         Good level of bilingualism;

·         Take part in a Landmark training during the first few months after your hire (mandatory).

Under the supervision of the president, the work consists of providing administrative support like:

·         Receiving and dealing with telephone calls;

·         Greeting clients;

·         Sorting and distributing mail;

·         Coordinating and sending mailed orders;

·         Managing and answering clients’ and internal employees’ emails;

·         Completing different reports and keeping them up to date;

·         Taking care of invoicing;

·         Managing receivable accounts;

·         Book keeping;

·         Updating clients’ files and making sure that supporting documents are present (receipts, bills, etc.);

·         Doing follow-ups with clients for all missing documents;

·         Ordering office furniture and managing them (inventory, internal distribution, etc.);

·         Doing other tasks related to the position.
