Our history
1996
Bedard Resources is a staffing and recruitment agency founded by Yvonne Bédard, CRHA, in Côte-des-Neiges. The company has three employees.
2004
The Laval office opens.
2006
The company now has 15 employees.
2009
The Québec City office opens and the company launches a new website and brand image.
2011
The company now has 35 employees.
2012
The Longueuil office opens and the 40-people Laval office expands.
2013
Stephane Bedard becomes president of the staffing and recruitment agency.
2013
The office on Pie-IX Boulevard opens in July, the downtown Montreal office opens in August and the company implements office virtualization. Bedard HR now has 65 employees.
2014
The Vancouver office opens in January, the Toronto office opens in December and the company launches its first outsourcing project.
2015
The new consulting service offering is launched and the company updates its IT platforms. Bedard HR now has 75 employees.
2016
The company now has 120 employees.
2020
Bedard HR now has eight offices and offers services in four areas of expertise: recruitment, headhunting, outsourcing and human resources services, including HR consulting.
2022
Bedard human resources celebrates 25 years. The company develops a new brand image, including a new logo, and launches a new website. The Edmonton office opens.
2023
Our Boulevard Pie-IX Office is moving to Place Versailles (Montreal).
