Take leads to supervise the daily activities of the drivers.
Be responsible for assessing each individual training needs and coordinate the implementation of training plans for this group.
Develop a training plan for the drivers, keep the drivers' training files along with the driver’s qualifications charts for audit purposes.
Provide instructions to the new drivers and re-certify existing drivers.
Prepare forms, conduct audit, track and compile the results of quality concerns for the customer facilities.
Ensure follow-up and corrective actions.
Monitor, develop and implant drivers’ safety plan and prepare reports.
Advise the management for any improvements.
Perform other related duties as required.

Competitive Annual Salary: $90,000 to $95,000 (based on experience).

Exigences du poste
Postsecondary education in road transportation management is considered an asset.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required.
Strong knowledge in quality system, transportation of dangerous materials, team facilitation, road system, road laws and regulations.
