With a passion for Customer Centricity and Teamwork, this management position focuses on profitably growing the top line within the GTA. They’re seeking a sales manager with confidence and management experience to join their existing Outside Sales Team.
Identify and select out new business.
Penetrate existing business and help fuel organic growth.
Monitor Employees/Agents/Distributors engagement and output with active leadership, coaching, and performance management to ensure that the Company's sales and profit objectives are met.
Create and implement a detailed Strategic Plan for the coming year, and track performance against it.
Carry out all other related tasks.

Exigences du poste
Ability to meet deadlines, effective communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience selling to the oil industry, HVAC, chemical industry, or related industries is required.
A minimum of 3-5 years' experience managing a sales team is required (inside & outside).
Proven sales and management success in a business-to-business environment.
Proven track record of meeting targets and exceeding customer expectations.
Be able to solve problems and have great strategic and tactical selling abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, tenacious, and results driven.
Be autonomous and work independently with little supervision.
