Les tâches
Take lead to manage team activities and coach.
Offer training related with skills, strengths, sales strategies and plans to the team members.
Research and be knowledgeable about market and competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.
Be responsible for analyzing the market, studying growth leverage opportunities, identify the competition’s strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Be responsible for forecasting sales goals and always be aware of market needs.
Develop sales campaigns to achieve company goals.
Relay customer insights and sales data to product team and operations to support product development.
Perform other related duties as required.

Exigences du poste
At least bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering (MBA would be an asset).
Minimum 7 to 10 years industrial sales experience.
Excellent communication skills, bilingualism when required.
Sound knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategy and business law.
