Les tâches

  • Take lead to manage team activities and coach.
  • Offer training related with skills, strengths, sales strategies and plans to the team members.
  • Research and be knowledgeable about market and competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.
  • Be responsible for analyzing the market, studying growth leverage opportunities, identify the competition’s strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Be responsible for forecasting sales goals and always be aware of market needs.
  • Develop sales campaigns to achieve company goals.
  • Relay customer insights and sales data to product team and operations to support product development.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Exigences du poste

  • At least bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering (MBA would be an asset).
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years industrial sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, bilingualism when required.
  • Sound knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategy and business law.
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to lead a team.
