Our client is a global company who produces and distributes industrial gases and compressed air on a global scale. He is seeking experienced Regional Sales Manager responsible for increasing the existing sales of Process Industries of the Region and lead a team of three Account executives across Ontario.
Les tâches
Ensuring that sales team receives continual training in selling techniques, sales strategy, product knowledge, and market knowledge.
Discovering growth opportunities, competitor strategies, and a clear understanding of customer satisfaction.
Supporting and developing the network of distributors and customers.
Organizing training and providing ongoing information.
Advising customers on the right products for their needs.
Effectively promoting the product line to develop sales, including running contests & promotions and implementing sales & marketing tools.
Performing any other related tasks.

Exigences du poste
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration.
5 to 10 years’ experience in industrial sales.
Great at building relationship.
Ability to use and understand mathematics and numeric.
Good command of English, written and spoken.
Valid Drivers License.
