In this role, you will utilize your expertise in digital templating, AutoCAD drafting, and installation sequencing to ensure the precise and efficient creation and installation of custom stone surfaces. You will coordinate personnel and processes to achieve maximum efficiency across various projects, all within a collaborative team environment. You will also be responsible for shop management and interpreting architectural drawings to meet design specifications.

Digital Templating: Utilize advanced digital templating tools to create accurate and precise templates for custom stone surfaces.
AutoCAD Drafting: Draft detailed plans and layouts using AutoCAD software to guide the fabrication and installation processes.
Installation Sequencing: Plan and sequence the installation of pieces, ensuring a seamless fit and finish. Provide on-site guidance and troubleshooting during installations.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Shop Management: Oversee daily operations within the shop, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Architectural Drawings: Interpret and work from architectural drawings to ensure that all templates and installations meet design specifications and standards.
