  • Sorting and analyzing invoices.
  • Validating and doing the accounting of supplier invoices.
  • Verifying, validating and processing expense reports and supporting documentation.
  • Managing and filing vendor and accounts payable documentation.
  • Preparing invoice lists for audit cycles.
  • Communicating and following up on all requests from different vendors.
  • Participating in any other related tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Job requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a similar position.
  • DVS or DCS in Accounting, or in the process of obtaining one.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel.
  • Functional level of bilingualism, both verbal and written (English and French).

  • You have time management that allows you to effectively handle priorities and emergencies.
  • You know how to perform your tasks with little supervision and a lot of rigour.
