Our client, a global developer of carbon and energy projects, is seeking an accounting clerk for their office ideally located near Sherbrooke metro station. By joining their team, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing financial operations, thereby contributing to the success of their innovative projects.
Tasks
Perform data entry and execute required transactions in the Acomba software.
Manage the billing of services and projects according to contractual agreements.
Monitor accounts payable and verify staff expense accounts.
Receive, verify, and obtain project manager approval for invoices.
Keep track of R&D expenses, time sheets, vacations, and absences, and prepare annual accounting documentation (in Excel).
Classify and organize accounting documents in their appropriate locations.
Perform any other tasks as requested by the administration director.

Job requirements
DEC in accounting or other relevant training.
