What are you waiting for?
Act as the primary point of contact for managing the owner’s calendar, incoming calls, mail (incoming and outgoing), accompanying employees with supplies, then welcoming and comforting guests.
Prepare for the following day (clean meeting rooms and kitchenette, then replenish supplies).
Help the team translate and correct various communications (website, emails, letters and presentations).
Coordinate orders and purchases at internal events such as training and presentations.
Participate in any other related duties for the proper conduct of the practice.

5+ years of experience in a similar position.
Fluent in both French and English, both spoken and written.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
A few years of customer service experience.

You are a great partner when working independently and collaboratively.
