The company specializes in selling and distributing pharmaceutical and agri-food products across Canada! Our client is looking for a professional, organized and friendly person to fill an administrative assistant position located in Laval.
Reporting to the President, this person will have to work with the sales representatives to process the different requests from the suppliers.
Make PowerPoint presentations.
File mail once a week.
Answer the phone and emails.
Open the pharmaceutical file.
Bring representatives’ orders to warehouse managers.
Place orders for office supplies.
Follow up on merchandise and prices with suppliers.
Act as a contact person for everything related to computer software.
Carry out any other similar tasks related to the position.
