Administrative Coordinator – Law Firm

  • Act as the primary point of contact in managing the owner's schedule and office administration.
  • Ensure the accompaniment of employees with supplies, reception and comfort of guests.
  • Perform the accounting for the office (currently consists of approximately 15-20 hours per week)
  • Ensure that the office is ready for the next day (clean meeting rooms, kitchenette, and replenish supplies)
  • Assist the team in the translation and correction of various communications (legal documents, website, emails, letters, presentations, etc).
  • Coordinate orders and purchases for internal events such as training and presentations.
  • Participate in any other related tasks for the smooth running of the firm's operations.

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of accounting concepts that allow for acting as a controller.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
