  • Answer customers or suppliers (phone or email).
  • Respond to quotes.
  • Plan the activities of various departments, note and forward messages.
  • Organize appointments for team members and external service providers.
  • Write and format documents (contracts and letters).
  • File documents.
  • Organize travel.
  • Update data on the structure's activities in the ERP (dashboards, results tables, etc.).
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Have a DEC in office automation, administration, or related field (ideally).
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related position.
  • Mastery of MS Office (Word and Excel basics).
  • Good level of bilingualism (French and English) in spoken and written communication.
  • Knowledge of the maintenance field (an asset).
  • Must be available to work in person all 5 days.
