Tasks
Answer customers or suppliers (phone or email).
Respond to quotes.
Plan the activities of various departments, note and forward messages.
Organize appointments for team members and external service providers.
Write and format documents (contracts and letters).
File documents.
Organize travel.
Update data on the structure's activities in the ERP (dashboards, results tables, etc.).
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Have a DEC in office automation, administration, or related field (ideally).
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related position.
Mastery of MS Office (Word and Excel basics).
Good level of bilingualism (French and English) in spoken and written communication.
Knowledge of the maintenance field (an asset).
Must be available to work in person all 5 days.
