Tasks
Manage employee timesheets and expense reports efficiently.
Handle payroll processing for accurate and timely remuneration.
Prepare and monitor invoices and payments for products and services.
Assist employees with enrollment in group insurance plans.
Facilitate the onboarding of new employees for a smooth transition.
Oversee diverse administrative tasks central to the company’s operations.
Contribute to the planning of events and conferences to enhance our presence.
Participate actively in marketing and promotional initiatives.
Manage social media posts and update the company website.
Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements
College (DEC) or university degree in administration.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (administration/billing).
Full proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
Marketing experience is an asset.
Knowledge of Nethris and Harvest is a plus.
