Tasks

  • Manage employee timesheets and expense reports efficiently.
  • Handle payroll processing for accurate and timely remuneration.
  • Prepare and monitor invoices and payments for products and services.
  • Assist employees with enrollment in group insurance plans.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new employees for a smooth transition.
  • Oversee diverse administrative tasks central to the company’s operations.
  • Contribute to the planning of events and conferences to enhance our presence.
  • Participate actively in marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Manage social media posts and update the company website.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements

  • College (DEC) or university degree in administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (administration/billing).
  • Full proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Marketing experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Nethris and Harvest is a plus.
