They are currently seeking an Administrative Officer to join their Laval team. Do you have great organizational abilities and are able to work with minimal supervision? We would like to meet you!

Tasks

  • Support Customer Service with recurring tasks and during peak season (receive and process telephone calls and requests for information from members and external resources).
  • Perform various clerical tasks such as drafting correspondence, creating documents, reports, opening files, etc.
  • Follow up on employee administrative files.
  • Keep the member database up to date, as well as with the RAMQ.
  • Participate in planning and scheduling for external resources.
  • Provide support to the Executive Director and the HR department.
  • Carry out any other similar tasks requested by your immediate superior.

Job requirements

  • DCS in Business Administration or Office automation, DVS in Secretariat OR relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • At least 1 year experience in an administrative and/or customer service, social or community role.
  • Excellent ability to communicate in French, speaking and writing.
  • Ability to easily converse in English, especially verbally.
