They are currently seeking an Associate Lawyer for their Corporate department in Hamilton.


  • Execute high quality legal guidance and support to business.
  • Represent the company’s interest.
  • Elaborate and recommend orientations in your field of expertise.
  • Provide support to the General Counsel and to public company matters.
  • Create different legal representations on behalf of the partnership.
  • Help clients ensure their businesses are compliant with laws and regulations.
  • Do administrative tasks related to law practice.
  • Always respect the company’s laws and regulations.
  • Stay up to date with information and new rules and laws.
  • Do other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements

  • Law degree with 4+ years of experience in corporate law.
  • Proficient with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of current legislation and government regulations as related to the sector.
  • Ability to produce a high quality and quantity of work product, often under tight timelines.
  • Good judgment, critical judgment, interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability for drafting.
