They are currently seeking a motivated Bilingual Team Lead to manage their national Inventory team to in Mississauga, ON.


  • Be able to execute all the team member tasks.
  • Oversee the team daily operations.
  • Work along side the National Inventory Manager
  • Make suggestions for enhancements to the part inventory performance, inventory control (stock levels, purchases, and modifications), and ageing inventories.
  • Track performance of over-the-counter availability.
  • Perform numerous analyses and offer suggestions to enhance stock health (stock ordering, parts returns, ageing parts, financial impacts related to parts, cycle counts, etc.)
  • Help with the suggested stock list.
  • Keep track of the reporting and cycle counting for each region.
  • Examine applicants for the Online Parts channel.
  • Carry out all other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Knowledge of heavy equipment & parts inventory.
  • Expertise with vendor and/or warehouse systems.
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency, including knowledge of macros.
  • Advanced formulae, pivot tables.
  • An understanding of administrative procedures.
  • Travel requirements could be up to 10% to other locations.
  • French and English language is a must.
