Our partner, a family-owned company in the fashion industry for over 80 years, and a leader in women’s fashion, has the perfect position for you! We are currently looking for a Brand Image Strategy Specialist to join the team at our head office located in Laval. Come join a dynamic team! This person will contribute to the success of the brand by supporting our partner’s objectives and attracting the right talent to fill open positions in various teams.


  • Design action plans, oversee the creation of content to highlight the company’s value to employees and the brand as an employer of choice.
  • Develop, implement innovative talent attraction campaigns.
  • Lead the Careers section of the website and keep it updated with interesting and engaging content to increase talent attraction results.
  • Create the editorial calendar and manage the publication of talent attraction content on all company platforms (website, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, indeed etc.).
  • Conduct and analyze reports to evaluate the success of brand image campaigns.
  • Promote the employer’s brand image internally by creating great opportunities for all employees to drive the brand’s value proposition for its employees.
  • Comply with all the current and new company policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other tasks required by the supervisor.
  • This position requires flexibility for occasional travels to other offices.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or another related field.
  • 3 years of experience in content development and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated creative writing skills.
  • Experience in retail, an asset.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Office Suite.
  • Bilingualism, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent writing skills in French and English.
