Tasks

  • Adopt a targeted prospecting approach to expand the client base.
  • Listen to clients' needs and propose tailored solutions by analyzing costs and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships.
  • Conduct rigorous follow-ups on all opportunities and document them in the information system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales objectives and results within agreed timelines.
  • Analyze market potential and report gathered information.
  • Participate in the company’s marketing projects.
  • Develop a strategy to promote the company through social media, networking, and activities with key influencers.
  • Plan and develop strategic accounts.
  • Engage in continuous training.
  • Perform all related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written.
  • College or university degree, preferably in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least three to five years of B2B sales experience in IT, telecommunications, software solutions, or services, with client-facing responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of the integrated service provider environment.
  • Prospecting skills.
  • Good understanding of information technology.
  • Excellent mastery of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Skype), CRM tools, and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
