Our client, a specialist in IT solutions, is looking for a Business Development Manager who is autonomous, organized and meticulous.

Tasks

  • Adopt a targeted prospecting approach and increase the customer base;
  • Listen to customer needs and propose a solution adapted to each situation by analyzing the costs and benefits;
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships;
  • Carry out rigorous follow-ups of all opportunities and document them in the computer system;
  • Work with internal teams to maximize business opportunities;
  • Achieve sales objectives and results within agreed upon timeframes;
  • Analyze area/market potential and report on information gathered;
  • Participate in the company's marketing initiatives;
  • Develop a strategy to promote the company through social media, networking and activities with centers of influence;
  • Conduct strategic account planning and development;
  • Continuous training;
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English), spoken and written to meet the needs of a bilingual clientele.
  • College or university degree, preferably in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience;
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in IT, telecommunications, software solutions or services with customer facing responsibilities;
  • Knowledge of the integrated service provider environment;
  • Prospecting skills;
  • Knowledge of information technologies;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Skype, CRM and messaging tools) and social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
