As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for increasing the customer base using your strong interpersonal and sales skills.


  • Accompany clients towards the immigration process.
  • Collaborate with the immigration consultants.
  • Follow up regularly with clients throughout the process.
  • Analyze client needs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain the client base.
  • Identify potential new clients.
  • Solve problems as needed.
  • Collaborate with various related departments.
  • Organize events with the marketing team.
  • Promote services and brand image.
  • Perform all other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • At least 2 years experience in business development (B2B).
  • Excellent bilingualism (knowledge of Spanish is an asset).
  • Knowledge of the industrial environment or technical trades (an asset).
  • Experience in the field of human resources / international recruitment (a great asset).
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite.
