Tasks

  • Check customer orders received via email.
  • Enter order and purchasing data into the system.
  • Manage follow-ups and questions about orders with customers.
  • Follow up with customers on their order production process.
  • Advise customers when orders are ready.
  • File and take inventory.
  • Manage after-sales services for customers.
  • Carry out any other similar tasks.

Job requirements

  • High school diploma completed.
  • Administration training (an asset).
  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar position.
  • Being comfortable working in a computer-based environment.
  • Knowledge of Vizco software (an asset).
  • Good spoken and written French and a functional English.
