Our client, an entity responsible for ensuring the proper administration of the largest health care plan in the country, is looking for a communications officer. Tasks

  • Write, edit, and correct the content of various types of communications, in French and English.
  • Respond to inquiries from various parties and ensure the progress of files.
  • Participate in the development of communication products (newsletter, articles, annual report, etc.).
  • Coordinate the translation of documents and website content.
  • Monitor website usage trends and develop strategies to increase the number of users.
  • Provide communication services to the entire organization, such as formatting documents and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teams.
  • Carry out any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma (university degree or college diploma).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Bilingual - Spoken and Written // Excellent writing skills in both official languages.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate/advanced level for all tools).
  • Knowledge of design software (Adobe).
  • Knowledge of SharePoint (an asset).
  • Knowledge of content management systems, use of HTML and management of cloud services.
  • Experience in the field of group insurance (an asset).
