  • Follow up on payments, account openings and applicable credits with customers.
  • Make collection calls.
  • Analyze new customers and review existing customers.
  • Release orders.
  • Perform line of credit approvals according to company policy.
  • Follow up on payments.
  • Reconcile accounts and maintenance of accounts receivable.
  • Collect documents for collection agencies and bad debts.
  • Complete various reports.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in collections or credit analysis.
  • DEP or DEC in a related field (ex: accounting).
  • Good level of bilingualism.
  • Intermediate level in Excel.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or distribution sector desirable (an asset).
  • Knowledge of SAP software (an asset).
  • Must be available to work one weekend day if needed (paid overtime).
