Tasks
Receive, analyze, and record client credit application forms - ensuring accurate and timely entry into the system.
Request and analyze reports from various credit rating agencies (e.g., Equifax, etc.) - to gather precise information for creating a customer risk profile.
Apply the rules, procedures, and processes developed by the company - to ensure the recovery of the portfolio and the opening of creditor accounts.
Identify daily transaction limits - and approve them according to the level of authorization.
Perform daily follow-ups on client accounts and timely payments - in accordance with service and payment agreements established with the client.
Use sound judgment when analyzing an account - and deciding if it needs to be closed.
