Managing and monitoring customer accounts (communication and data entry, assistance and support during orders).
Supporting new and existing customers with web platform operation.
Contributing to internal sales development and new account development.
Supporting internal and external services by communicating with customers and contacts.
Actively participating in improving work methods.
Proposing possible solutions in situations such as returns, complaints or other.
Taking part in any other related tasks for the smooth running of the department.
