Our client who specializes in the import of sewing, knitting and embroidery products is looking for an organized and thorough person for its customer service agent position located in Old Montreal. This person will be responsible for the internal support of the representatives on the road.

Tasks

  • Answer requests received by phone and email.
  • Make quotations for new orders and follow up.
  • Take charge of customer orders once the order is placed.
  • Track customer orders and inventory and invoice orders daily.
  • Support the sales team in achieving the department's sales objectives.
  • Ability to update social networks.
  • Perform all other related tasks associated with the position.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in administration or DEP in sales or any other relevant study.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
  • Mastery of MS Office.
  • Good knowledge of Acomba software (An asset).
  • Knowledge in the field of knitting, sewing or embroidery (An asset).
