Located in eastern Montreal, our client is offering an ideal position to assist the team with various tasks. We are looking for someone with experience in administration and logistics, capable of quickly adapting to the different situations encountered by customers. The company has been recognized in the distribution sector for many years. Our client is looking for the perfect candidate to take charge of order management within the organization, leveraging their skills to provide optimal support to customers. The work environment is warm and welcoming, and all that's missing is you to complete the team!

Tasks

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Manage orders from receipt to delivery.
  • Coordinate orders to ensure on-time delivery and inform customers in case of delays or issues.
  • Ensure the smooth process of order preparation.
  • Update customer and order information regularly.
  • Constantly look for process improvement opportunities to ensure exemplary customer service.
  • Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements

  • Experience in order management or B2B customer relations (required).
  • DEC in administration or logistics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and databases (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP).
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French and English (required).
  • Knowledge of the industrial sector (an asset).
