Tasks
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
Manage orders from receipt to delivery.
Coordinate orders to ensure on-time delivery and inform customers in case of delays or issues.
Ensure the smooth process of order preparation.
Update customer and order information regularly.
Constantly look for process improvement opportunities to ensure exemplary customer service.
Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements
Experience in order management or B2B customer relations (required).
DEC in administration or logistics.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and databases (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP).
Excellent command of spoken and written French and English (required).
