Since 1948, our partner has been providing high quality transportation services to their customers. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for their Pointe-Claire operation.   • Answer customer questions by email or phone (provide proof of delivery, look for lost orders, provide order status information, etc.).
  • Schedule delivery appointments for senders.
  • Handle complaints.
  • Notify customers of their order status.
  • Answer questions from service points across Canada.
  • Assist other departments, such as billing, as needed.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a related position in a transportation company.
  • Experience with AS400, an asset.
  • Clear and concise spoken and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
