Answer customer questions by email or phone (provide proof of delivery, look for lost orders, provide order status information, etc.).
Schedule delivery appointments for senders.
Notify customers of their order status.
Answer questions from service points across Canada.
Assist other departments, such as billing, as needed.
Perform any other related tasks.

6 months to 1 year of experience in a related position in a transportation company.
Experience with AS400, an asset.
Clear and concise spoken and written communication skills in French and English.
Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel and Outlook).
