Well, we are partnered with a company that distributes over 9000 building materials and is currently looking for 2 new employees. You will have the opportunity to be part of their customer service and order taking department! Teamwork is essential for you? Then you are the perfect person for this position. Our client, located in Anjou, will be pleased to meet you!


  • Respond to various customer inquiries and questions by phone, email and in person.
  • Receive and record orders in the ERP system.
  • Follow up on the order processing with customers and with the various internal departments.
  • Communicate with customers when there is a delay in delivery or other problems related to the order.
  • Prepare quotations with the sales representatives.
  • Handle merchandise returns (RMA).
  • Take nonconformity complaints (ISO) and ensure the follow-up.
  • Update customer files (personal details, contacts, etc.).
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • DEC in a field related to ventilation, architecture or relevant experience in construction or distribution-an asset.
  • At least 3 years experience in customer service/order taking and data entry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards software - an asset.
  • Good level of bilingualism with intermediate English (bilingual clients).
