Data Entry and Billing Clerk – Hybrid

Leader in the real estate industry in Quebec for several years, our client and its group of companies whose head office is located in Laval is looking for a Data Entry and Billing Clerk. This position completes the accounting department composed of six people. This is an opportunity for you to join a qualified and dynamic team!


  • Carry out the billing.
  • Enter data for monthly reports from franchisees.
  • Support the franchisees (monthly report).
  • Compile monthly statistics.
  • Collaborate with the Master Franchisor in the United States (bilingualism essential – English and French).
  • Perform any other tasks related to data entry and billing.

Job requirements

  • Minimum three years of experience in billing, data entry, clerical duties (or other relevant experience).
  • Completed high school diploma.
  • Administrative or secretarial training (an asset).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel and Word especially).
  • Good level of bilingualism, written and spoken – English and French (Bilingual clientele and franchisor).
