Our client, located on the South Shore of Montreal, has been recognized for over 60 years for the quality of their ambulance manufacturing. The company is currently looking for a polisher who will be responsible for the aesthetic maintenance and polishing of their ambulances. The ideal candidate will be able to accurately diagnose issues, disassemble and reassemble problematic parts of the vehicle, perform polishing, and ensure quality control of the work.
Tasks
Inspect the condition of the vehicle’s bodywork.
Disassemble and assemble the vehicle’s problematic parts.
Polish, adjust, and secure components.
Repair aesthetic defects.
Polish vehicles on various surfaces.
Perform repairs and replace damaged parts if necessary.
Take part in any other related tasks required for the smooth running of operations.

Job requirements
DEP in auto bodywork or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in auto bodywork.
Minimum 2 years of experience in polishing.
Experience with painting processes (sandblasting, priming, sanding, liquid/powder painting) (asset).
Experience with E-350 and F-450 type vehicles.
Proficient in spoken French.
