Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant for a 3-month contract with a strong possibility of extension. The individual will provide necessary support to ensure smooth operations and will manage administrative tasks related to the coordination of the executive team. The role involves collaborating on tasks assigned by the manager, particularly for the follow-up of decision-making files and requests addressed to the management.

Tasks

  • Prioritize urgent files, conduct follow-ups, and send reminders as needed;
  • Track ongoing projects and update files;
  • Assist the team with administrative tasks (correspondence, reports, files, meetings, agenda);
  • Enter necessary data for activities;
  • Organize meetings (agenda, documents, minutes);
  • Assist in organizing meetings and events (invitations, documents, follow-ups);
  • Ensure the accuracy of information in documents;
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;
  • Assist with the organization of corporate events;
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • DEC in accounting or equivalent training;
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe is an asset;
  • Functional knowledge of spoken and written English is an asset.
