The holder of this position will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, providing administrative support to teams, and coordinating projects, thereby contributing to the continued success of the company. Tasks
Manage mail and emails from franchisees, follow up on requests, and distribute notices or announcements.
Assist management in their duties.
Draft, update, and archive documents (letters, contracts, forms) and manage updates to the Intranet site.
Participate in the organization of events.
Write meeting minutes.
Manage the signing of commercial agreements and update franchise files and supplier manuals.
Foster harmonious relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support colleagues in their tasks when necessary.
Perform various other tasks as requested by immediate supervisors.

Job requirements
DEC or AEC in office administration or any other relevant training.
