Our client is a renowned and award-winning company in the hospitality industry. They are looking for an executive chef for a remote camp in the Fermont area, Quebec. The work schedule is 14 days on, 14 days off. Transportation is the client’s responsibility, as well as all expenses when hosted on the camp.
Be responsible for scheduling menus, cost analysis, pricing estimations, overseeing inventory management, purchasing and other food production activities.
Supervise and follow the production and food safety standards.
Prepare plans and make sure to minimize the budget.
Be responsible for developing and writing food menus.
Make sure to prepare large volume and high standard foods.
Create an environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
Perform other related duties as required.

At least a Bachelor's degree or culinary degree.
Knowledge of accounting, staffing and scheduling.
Minimum 10 years of experience in industry and culinary management.
Experience dealing with customers is mandatory.
Proven hands-on experience identifying defects in food preparation and service as well as implementing improved quality control procedures.
Good command in English.
