  • Handle the culinary production.
  • Plan menus.
  • Plan the budget.
  • Oversee the purchasing, reception and inventory processes.
  • Establish food and staff costs.
  • Support and develop a sustainable kitchen.
  • Conduct kitchen demonstrations.
  • Propose menus.
  • Produce high volume, high-quality food products.
  • Ensure staff health and safety.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Degree in a related field (or experience).
  • At least 5 years of experience in culinary or food management.
  • Good knowledge of kitchen management (restaurant and catering).
  • Hygiene and food safety certificate.
  • Excellent bilingualism.
