Reporting to the VP of Sales, the representative’s main responsibility will be the identification and development of business opportunities in order to achieve the company's sales objectives. They must be able to find innovative solutions and implement them. They are accountable for the results of all products represented and must have strong skills and interests in prospecting and acquiring new customers (hunter).

Tasks
Identify, coordinate targeted products/categories across all brands.
Represent and/or distribute and/or devise and help develop a sales strategy to share with the sales team, customer service and specification department.
Develop ties with new customers by analyzing market potential in order to determine target industries and prospect companies in Quebec.
Develop lists of potential customers.
Take charge of the meeting and fully understand the objectives, problems and needs of the client and colleagues and present solutions.
Carry out economic studies and reports to better identify economic opportunities.
Achieve the objectives of the strategic plan.
Provide advice to various departments.
Prepare and present up-to-date product training.
Identify, coordinate and attend business events with the marketing department.
Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
You have a degree in a field related to the position or deemed relevant.
You have worked for at least 3 years as a sales representative.
Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to establish productive professional relationships.
Good knowledge of plumbing (an asset).
Perfectly bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
Desired profile
