Do you thrive in sales? Are you a good negotiator? This position is for you. Our client is looking for someone with exceptional business development skills to fill a position as Franchise Development Manager.In addition, you will be the 1st to meet with suppliers to discuss current customer needs and find different strategies to update the customer environment so they can benefit from the best technology and infrastructure of networks.

Tasks

  • Discover and develop new expansion avenues for the franchise network nationwide.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by establishing multi-platform media presence.
  • Promote the company's value proposition and communicate it to the targeted prospect through customized presentations.
  • Work with the field support team to drive the franchise development process to completion.
  • Perform all other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • College or university degree (DCS or bachelor’s degrees) in business or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development and target marketing.
  • Computer field experience is an asset.
  • Bilingualism spoken and written (French and English).
  • CRM automation and Sales Navigator experience.
  • Ability to use the most commonly used computer tools in the business world (MS Office, CRM, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Willingness to travel primarily within Canada.
