As a Team Leader Nurse, you plan, coordinate, and supervise the work of care and support professionals while maintaining the quality of services provided. You act as a key resource, support the implementation of clinical tools and programs, and actively contribute to the development of staff skills.
In addition to your supervisory duties, you may also be called upon to provide direct clinical care. Whether in Valleyfield, Châteauguay, Beauharnois, Ormstown, or Vaudreuil, in hospitals, senior care centers, or long-term care facilities, your leadership makes a meaningful difference both for the team and the patients.
Tasks
Plan, supervise, control, and coordinate the work of a multidisciplinary team of care and support professionals.
Plan, oversee, and coordinate service activities during a shift.
Serve as a resource person for planning, allocating, and evaluating nursing care.
Participate in the design, implementation, and review of programs, clinical tools, and quality of care initiatives.
Contribute to staff orientation, identification of training needs, and performance evaluations.
Perform regular nursing duties as needed.
Carry out all any other related activities.

Job requirements
Diploma of College Studies (DCS) or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (mandatory).
Active member in good standing of the OIIQ (Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Quebec) (mandatory).
Relevant experience in hospital settings, long-term care, or senior care facilities.
Availability to work variable schedules.
Team Leader: Experience as an Assistant Team Leader.
