Tasks

• Know the current and future needs in collaboration with the managers.
• Provide strategies for optimizing work practices while reflecting the values of the cooperative.
• Suggest solutions to promote the recruitment and retention of various candidates.
• Handle the entire staffing process.
• Innovate on the development and improvement of training and programs offered at the cooperative.
• Establish and enrich the network of contacts for hiring candidates.
• Maintain and create a history of innovative solutions and continuous improvement of human resources.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or industrial relations.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in staffing.
• Ability to do mass recruitment
• Ability to travel to various locations to meet with candidates.
• Good computer skills, including the Office Suite.
• Intermediate level of English.
