Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Advisor's main responsibilities will be to assist the Director with the general human resources activities of the company, to ensure the training of employees and to carry out internal mandates and special projects, as well as to perform any other tasks that may be requested.

Tasks

  • Provide support to internal recruitment when necessary (sourcing, resume searches, hunting, resume sorting, phone interviews, in-person interviews, references).
  • Participate in various stages of the training process and ensure that the training meets the requirements.
  • Welcome and integrate new employees.
  • Participate in various events to promote the company and internal opportunities (trade shows, school presentations, etc.).
  • Assist the Human Resources Director with labour relations files (disciplinary measures, labour relations, etc.).
  • Provide a presence in other offices.
  • Build management and support tools in human resources.
  • Review and translate several HR/Communication documents.
  • Conduct English-speaking exit interviews.
  • Take charge of the Lunch & Learn.
  • If needed, write employment contracts and annexes.
  • See to the replacement of the payroll processing of internal employees (as needed).
  • Replace the HR technician during her vacation.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations or any other relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources and/or project management.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in coaching.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and travel (other offices, travel to clients, meetings, training, etc.) as required.
  • Knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
  • Excellent French and English grammar.
  • Bilingualism both spoken and written.
