With more than 20 years of presence and working in industrial manufacturing, our client has made several strategic acquisitions in recent years. They wish to add a Human Resources Specialist to manage approximately 120 employees in 3 plants. Want to be part of their growing story?
Tasks
Ensure the staffing process: job postings, coordinate and conduct interviews, headhunt and integrate employees.
Perform payroll for approximately 120 non-unionized employees.
Act as the contact person for labour relations.
Communicate with employees about information related to group insurance, benefits, RRSP, CNESST.
Participate in the development of performance evaluation strategies.
Support managers and provide suggestions for best practices in human resources management.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations OR Human Resources OR Business Administration - Human Resources profile.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (industrial field - great asset!).
Good level of bilingualism.
Proficiency in the Office Suite.
Knowledge of the Sage50 or Desjardins system.
Occasional travel to branches in Montreal, Ste-Anne-Des-Plaines and Trois-Rivières (approximately 1-3 times per month).
