Tasks

Maintain compensation system database to optimize the payroll department services.
Recruit new employees.
Integrate new colleagues.
Handle inquiries, such as employment verifications and unemployment.
Manage group insurance benefits, vacations, leaves, absences.
Write and format documents in MS Office.
Take charge of government program files.
Carry out all other related tasks to the HR technician position.

Job requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or other related field (DEC minimum).
At least 5 years of experience in HR management.
Very good knowledge of technological tools such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
Experience with payroll systems is an asset.
Bilingualism - written and spoken.
