Day shift, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Our client, a recognized expert in the fields of refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation, is looking for an HVAC intervention coordinator who plays a key role in the management of operations. He/she ensures the planning, coordination and follow-up of technical interventions, serving as a central link between customers, technicians and internal teams. Its mission: to guarantee a fast, organized and professional service, while optimizing the efficiency of resources.

Tasks

  • Manage incoming requests (calls, emails, online platform) from customers and ensure efficient and timely processing.
  • Assess the priority of requests based on their urgency, contractual arrangements and available resources.
  • Organize and assign interventions to technicians taking into account their location, skills and current workload.
  • Plan preventive visits in accordance with established service contracts and deadlines, in coordination with teams and clients.
  • Send specific instructions to technicians regarding each intervention (address, nature of the problem, equipment concerned, access required, etc.).
  • Continuously monitor the progress of interventions and adjust the schedule if necessary.
  • Provide operational support to technicians for any changes, additions or unforeseen events in the field.
  • Update information in the management system (work orders, travel time, status of interventions).
  • Inform customers of deadlines, follow-ups and next steps related to interventions.
  • Perform all other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • DEP or DEC in administration, logistics or related field.
  • Experience in coordination or dispatch in a technical or service environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of software and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and responsive environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken French, and functional English (must be able to communicate with English-speaking clients approximately 40% of the time).
  • Knowledge of Maestro software (asset).
