As a Labor Relations Consultant and Talent Development Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting employees and managing operations on the ground at one of Canada’s largest distribution centers! If you enjoy inspiring, guiding, and helping teams grow, this position is for you!

Tasks

  • Support Employees: Motivate and guide your teams to optimize performance while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure Operational Management: Monitor cleanliness, material management, and the smooth running of activities on the floor.
  • Train and Onboard: Support new hires and ensure their progress in collaboration with their team leaders.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Work with teams to achieve KPIs and facilitate communication between employees and supervisors.
  • Manage Attendance: Greet teams at the start of their shifts and track absences, tardiness, and early departures.
  • Support Human Relations: Resolve conflicts, apply disciplinary measures when necessary, and foster proactive management of labor relations.
  • Collaborate with the Office: Document and relay key information, including recruitment requests and operational follow-ups.
  • Other Related Tasks: Perform any other duties as required.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing teams of at least 30 employees.
  • Familiarity with warehouse tasks (order preparation, receiving/dispatching).
  • Excellent proficiency in both French and English (third language is a plus).
