Planning, organizing and controlling the work to be done.
Being an ambassador for the compliance of health and safety rules while encouraging a culture of prevention.
Managing daily team coordination to optimize human and material resources.
Collaborating on project timelines and priorities with maintenance planners.
Strengthening and engaging the team to achieve departmental and plant-wide performance indicators.
Participating in several continuous improvement projects, including the modernization of the plant and its equipment.
Ensuring the application and compliance with the rules of the current collective agreement.
Taking part in any other similar tasks for the proper flow of operations.

DVS in Industrial Mechanics or Industrial Maintenance Techniques DVS in electricity or any other relevant training.
3 to 5 years of experience in the industrial operation sector as a supervisor.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and its software, an asset.
You are organized, thorough and perseverant, which allows you to be independent and have initiative.
You can deftly and professionally juggle multiple projects at once.
