  • Planning, organizing and controlling the work to be done.
  • Being an ambassador for the compliance of health and safety rules while encouraging a culture of prevention.
  • Managing daily team coordination to optimize human and material resources.
  • Collaborating on project timelines and priorities with maintenance planners.
  • Strengthening and engaging the team to achieve departmental and plant-wide performance indicators.
  • Participating in several continuous improvement projects, including the modernization of the plant and its equipment.
  • Ensuring the application and compliance with the rules of the current collective agreement.
  • Taking part in any other similar tasks for the proper flow of operations.

Job requirements

  • DVS in Industrial Mechanics or Industrial Maintenance Techniques DVS in electricity or any other relevant training.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the industrial operation sector as a supervisor.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and its software, an asset.
