Tasks
Design content for various social media channels.
Implement the employer brand and corporate culture.
Manage the company's image (social media and events).
Manage the marketing budget.
Produce presentation documents.
Coordinate the various advertising campaigns.
Optimize the follow-up of Google Ads campaigns.
Conduct marketing campaigns.
Organize promotional events and teambuilding activities.
Contribute to the development of the digital marketing strategy.
Act as the resource person for the different subcontractors / partners.
Be responsible for the website and SEO.
Analyze performance reports.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Degree in marketing or communications or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Excellent bilingualism.
Experience in a recruitment firm or construction company (an asset).
Knowledge of graphic design tools.
Knowledge of email marketing tools.
Knowledge of content management system.
Knowledge of Google Ads tools.
